TAYBAN WIDESLAB FLOORING IS AVAILABLE SOLID OR CORED, 1200mm WIDE, IN VARYING DEPTHS TO SUIT YOUR LOAD/SPAN REQUIREMENTS.
DESIGN
All TAYBAN slabs are designed and manufactured in accordance with BS8110. All drawings are prepared and designed by our highly experienced in-house design team, using the latest AutoCAD based flooring software.
TABAN flooring units have a minimum fire rating of 1 hour.

MANUFACTURE
TAYBAN slabs are manufactured wetcast which lends itself to varying standard details such as providing solid ends, cantilevers, splays, notched ends etc.
This method of manufacture ensures a smooth soffit finish, with solid ends also improving the shear capacity at bearing.
Cores are provided using polystyrene formers which remain in the unit.
This eliminates the risk of water or other contamination
INSTALLATION
TAYBAN slabs are designed, manufactured and installed by highly qualified personnel.
Wideslabs are manufactured with cast in lifting anchors to facilitate safe lifting.
TAYBAN provide full specific Risk Assessments and method statements and employ their own experienced site erection teams.
TAYBAN also provide fall protection on request.
